The location was superb, with excellent accessibility to the slopes and a vibrant town center nearby. The ski-in/out facilities made it easy for my group to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, adding to the convenience of our stay.
The cleaning service left much to be desired, often feeling rushed and inadequate.

absolutely horrific experience! the rooms are cramped and it felt like a closet—but not in a cozy way. i expected a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture after such an inconvenience. even the bathroom was a joke! i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The apartment was well-equipped with a nice kitchen and comfy sofa bed, making it perfect for our family of four. We loved unwinding in the sauna and jacuzzi after hitting the slopes all day. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. 💙 Don't forget to pack some extra dishwasher tablets for convenience!

The location is superb, offering a ski-in ski-out experience right at one of the highest resorts in Europe! The access to the slopes was convenient for our older kids, and the ski storage made everything easier. Plus, the hot tub was a relaxing bonus after skiing!
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs larger family rooms.
